If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Il Troncolo is a beautiful farmhouse with the typical architecture of Tuscan farm buildings, built in the mid-1800s. The farmhouse with its large garden is located within the extraordinary scenery of the private Migliarino Natural Park, owned by the Salviati family since 1500. The fully fenced farmhouse, formerly used as the residence of the gamekeeper, was renovated in 2007 respecting tradition and preserving the original architectural elements.

The house is in the center of the village but in a very quiet residential area. It has an outdoor space on two sides with a garden and gazebo for lunches/dinners. You can park your car inside the property or outside in front of the house. On the ground floor, there is a living room with sofa bed, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with a terrace, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom.
