The villa is located just 200 meters from the beach (photo). Access to this part of the coast is reserved for residents of the condominium, making the beach always uncrowded even in the middle of the summer season. The size of the beach, the small number of bathers and the absence of establishments grant the privilege - unique in the entire stretch of coast - of enjoying ample space. For those who prefer the convenience of their services, there are establishments immediately adjacent.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).
