Es war eine tolle Woche. Die Wohnung und der Gastgeber sind wirklich empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Guido hat uns willkommen geheißen und uns auch die Wohnung gezeigt. Für Rückfragen war er immer erreichbar. Alles Top!! Wirklich zu empfehlen!!

Unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in Cervia haben wir sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft von Tania macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im ruhigen Wohngebiet ist sehr angenehm. Eine kleine Pizzeria sowie eine Eisdiele sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (wir fanden es immer sehr lecker). Besonders gut fanden wir die Fahrräder, die wir täglich zum einkaufen oder für Ausflüge genutzt haben. Tania war eine offene, hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin!

A super nice place, really close to the beach and the restaurants. Very well located to enjoy Rimini. The historical center is not very far neither, I used the Lime electric scooter to get around and it was very convenient. The interior is super clean, very well organized. The shower is great, wifi is very good, and the terrace is a must! Rita is very welcoming and friendly. All was perfect! Thanks!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

L'alloggio di Francesca è ben strutturato, luminoso e la terrazza è un surplus molto apprezzato. L'alloggio offre una fornitura molto essenziale di accessori, ma ciononostante è molto accogliente. La zona in cui si trova è molto comoda per raggiungere il mare e i più importanti luoghi di interesse culturale. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari: negozi, ristoranti e supermercati. Francesca si è dimostrata essere una host molto disponibile nel fornire informazioni e molto reattiva nel rispondere alle richieste.

wir waren sehr Zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Cesenatico war zu Fuss 20min entfernt die Nachbarn waren sehr Freundlich und die Wohnung war aufgeräumt zudem haben wir auch Fahrräder von der Gastgeberin bekommen. wir waren sehr zufrieden.

We had a lovely time at Federica's place. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us to do an earlier check in and a late check out (we were limitted by the transportation means). The place was cosy and felt like home. The terrace was a wonderful feature.

Die Unterkunft war unglaublich schön! Die Lage, die Einrichtung - einfach alles. Kommunikation mit Giulia war ebenfalls super, schnelle Antwort und Hilfe. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und hat einen netten Balkon. Elisa hat uns sehr nett empfangen und die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren super um Ravenna zu erkunden, so dass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben eigentlich immer in der Nähe der Wohnung einen Parkplatz gefunden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Lucia und Denis waren seit der ersten Kontaktaufnahme, sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns bereitwillig alle fragen geduldig beantwortet. Bei unsere Ankunft, in Ihrem Haus bei Cesena, wurden wir herzlich von Lucia empfangen. Sie hat uns in aller Ausführlichkeit alles erklärt und hatte sogar zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt.Auch ein paar Hörnchen zum Morgen Kaffee hat man uns gerichtet. Das Haus selbst überzeugt durch sein überragendes Platzangebot, seiner sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, ein sehr schönes helles Badezimmer, der beiden Schlafzimmer (beide mit Klimaanlage) eines sogar mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und der sehr großen Terrasse um das gesamte Haus. Für eine Familie mit 4 Personen also völlig ausreichend. Lucia und Denis haben sich dann Abends gemeinsam persönlich vorgestellt. Beide sind wirklich sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend, freundlich und standen jederzeit hilfreich parat. Für UNS steht fest, WIR kommen wieder !

Tommaso è una persona molto accogliente e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato un ottimo posto dove cenare con una vista mozzafiato. Siamo state benissimo, un appartamento delizioso, curato, proprio nel cuore del centro storico. Un posto di pace e natura intorno , dove rilassarsi dalla routine quotidiana. Disfrute una escapada increíble en Rimini gracias a que encontré el alojamiento de Veronica. Muy bien ubicado, súper cerca de restaurantes, markets y sobretodo de transporte público para moverse con facilidad. Veronica siempre dispuesta a ayudar y a hacer de tu estadía la más placentera. Recomendado al 100%

Veronica è stata professionale, gentilissima e sempre pronta per fornire ottimi consigli su attività nei dintorni. L'appartamento è molto luminoso, ordinato e con un'ottima pulizia, mi sono trovata davvero bene e lo consiglio vivamente. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro, e con parcheggio riservato ed al coperto. Non poteva andare meglio! Brava Veronica :)

Fui con un amigo para una competición deportiva y no pudimos elegir mejor 🙌 nos sentimos como en casa, la familia anfitriona se preocupó por todos los detalles, incluso nos preparó cena el primer día que llegamos muy tarde!! El apartamento es genial (está integrada en el residencial donde también viven ellos), la zona es muy tranquila y bonita y tienes farmacia, algunos bares y supermercado al lado. Rimini a 15’ en coche. Para repetir. Muchas gracias por todo

Abbiamo alloggiato tre settimane da Simona nell'appartamento Peonia. Il posto incantevole si contraddistingue per la pace assoluta, la pulizia, gli spazi curati con amore e dedizione indescrivibili. Simona e Valentina sono disponibili sotto ogni aspetto e al tempo stesso sanno essere discrete e mai invadenti, aspetto che ho apprezzato molto. Ci hanno offerto i loro preziosi prodotti agricoli con generosità e abbiamo potuto usufruire degli spazi esterni in piena libertà e privacy. L'appartamento è moderno, funzionale e di gran gusto. La cucina attrezzata, la camera ampia e fresca, il bagno meraviglioso. A disposizione una lavanderia completa di lavatrice, stendino e macchina che prepara il ghiaccio. Parcheggio comodissimo con cancello automatico..E poi i cani di Simona ben educati sempre al loro posto. Noi abbiamo davvero amato la posizione immersa nella campagna, ma vicina al mare e il confort della piscina e di un ambiente silenzioso. Grazie di tutto!
