Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Torre Vado

We stayed for 11 nights in June. The place was very private and quiet. The apt. had everything we needed. The sea was really just a 1 minute walk away and there were hardly any other people swimming. The water was very nice. The terrace was incredible and had direct sun only in the morning. The view is east bound. The master bed was good in size, the mattress could be better. Towels and sheets were plenty and clean. The washing machine was good. The kitchen stove works with gas and the hot water works with a boiler. The water pressure was good and the water was always warm. The oven didn’t work unfortunately, switching it on made the electricity go off. WiFi does not work well inside the house but on the terrace, but we didn’t mind. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend the place for a couple or a small family.

We (7 people) had a great stay at Sara's place. The villa is very tastefully decorated, with everything you need. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom. The spacious covered veranda gives plenty of shade in the sun or makes it possible to be outdoors even in light rain. The infinity saltwater pool with ocean views and the outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal grill are a real highlight. Also the rooftop terrace with sea view, which we used for yoga sessions. The location is super quiet in a villa district. Villa has a fantastic tuff stone garden. Santa Maria de Leuca is within walking distance. There are smaller shops and a few bars/restaurants. However, some things were closed during our travel time (mid-October). Weekly markets, larger supermarkets and restaurants in the neighboring towns between 5-8km. Sara and Sergio (contact person on site) were always available and super helpful. Clear recommendation. THANK YOU ❤️

We stayed with Mrs. Giuseppina the first week of June. We were greeted with enthusiasm and were given advice on beaches, excursions and restaurants. The house is very cozy and spacious. Having a double exposure, the house offers both a wonderful sea view and a sheltered back garden where you can dine and grill. Highly recommended!

This was such an incredible stay for a friends getaway. House was beautiful and well kept and the pool area was fantastic!

Everything was perfect, surrounded by nature and tranquility, it was a pleasure to come home at the end of the day and really a shame to leave it on the last day! Tiziana and family really precious and helpful. Everything is well-kept, huge garden, very clean and safe, ideal for those like us who have a dog who loves to patrol and be curious. Great base for visiting all of Salento. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful week at Antonio’s home. It was even better than the photos and description. Little details like having coffee to make in the morning, some water in the fridge on arrival and cookies for the girls. We arrived quite late and Antonio met us to ensure we got in ok. He was so helpful with recommending some great spots for food, beach clubs, local activities, local supermarkets. In my opinion, Antonio went above and beyond to ensure that we had a lovely holiday.

Our stay at William's apartment was really very pleasant! The apartment is in the center of Torre San Giovanni, close to all amenities. William is a special host: courteous and helpful, he makes you feel at home! In the apartment he made us find everything we needed for the beach and two bicycles to get around the country. In addition, upon arrival we received a 10/10 welcome with honors! Absolutely recommended

We had a wonderful stay in this tastefully renovated apartment! The quiet location was perfect for relaxation and recreation. The furnishings left nothing to be desired - we immediately felt at home. The warm welcome by Giusy on site enriched our stay and she was always approachable for us. The apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the surroundings with the rental car and the nearby beaches are fantastically beautiful. This place is beyond special. Set in the carriage house of a splendid villa estate. The location was perfect for us, between lovely Nardo and the gorgeous waterfront of Santa Caterina. Anna and Carlo are gracious and generous hosts, it was our great pleasure to get to know them a little bit during our stay. They are passionate gardeners and conservationists and this passion was evident in all that they did. We were greeted with fruit and herbs from the garden and delicious local wine. The casa (there are two, side by side) was spotless and beautifully decorated, the pool just perfect. We hope to return one day. Thank you Carlo and Anna for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

We had a nice stay - close to the seaside and everything as described. Would book it again!

Great host, great location (ground floor) directly on the rocky beach, beautiful small sandy beach 300 m away with management (Lido Pazze), great large, long and flat sandy beach about 3 km away - starting directly behind the port of Torre San Giovanni to Posto Veccio -, ideal for families with toilets and management. Crystal clear, turquoise water. The pizzeria is practically next door. 400 m away is a new, very good restaurant "Clanto" (5 Google stars) for Neapolitan pizza and Apulian cuisine The kitchen is very well equipped, vinegar, oil, spices, sugar, coffee…tools, etc. You can rent a boat in Gallipoli or Santa Maria di Leuca about 25-35 minutes away (the landlords in Torre S.Giovanni were not reachable). Very good starting point for exploring Ri Taranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Lecce. Unfortunately, we were far too short on site, but the apartment was only free for 3 nights... 😢 So far, we don't like the Adriatic side as much as the Ionian side

Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's place. we had everything we needed in regards to supplies - soap, shampoo, full kitchen and washer. very convenient location and close to the sandy beach. Lorenzo and his mother were very attentive to our needs and made certain that our stay was comfortable. We would love to have the opportunity to stay again at Lorenzo's place when we visit Puglia again. Wonderful hosts, both Lorenzo and his mother.

The accommodation was very good and as advertised. The big plus point is the pool, it is beautiful with beautiful sea views.

This is the nicest Air BnB we have ever stayed at. It is as beautiful as the pictures depict, both inside and out, and exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were very helpful with any questions we had and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.

We really felt comfortable at Patrizia's! We were there for 12 days and could reach everything great by car, there is even a beach that can be reached on foot. The accommodation had everything we needed and Patrizia was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the place!
