It has a private terrace, barbecue, outdoor parking and swimming pool (closed from October). It's a first floor apartment with no elevator.

The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the spacious living room includes bench that converts into 2 single beds if needed (see photos). The loft is on the second floor of the building. There is no lift/elevator. LGBTQ+ friendly.
