Gorgeous saltillo tile in the living areas with beautiful wood beam accents, and a kiva-style fireplace for cozy winter nights. The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. The pool is not heated but will be open and cleaned all year. Sorry no pets.

So grateful for you opening up your home, Owen, to us in a season of life when we really needed a break! Enjoyed: The very clean hot tub; the queen size bed, your flexibility with us and letting us stay an extra night; the swing chair in the reading den; your gracious and kind hospitality; and the pleasant neighborhood. It was wonderful to see families out walking as we walked around the block enjoying the sunset evening. We have always loved our visits to Las Cruces, and would love to stay at your place in the future!

Great little, cute house. We rented it for my mom to have a "staycation" while we moved her from one home to another. It was the perfect size for her and her sister, and it's pet-friendly. It didn't have a washer and dryer, but that was not a deal breaker. I would highly recommend it.
