Close to the most beautiful Landes surf spots and the charm of the Basque Country, as well as all amenities: shops, services, playground, petanque, pump track, bike paths, and free shuttle to the surroundings. Linens and towels are available for rent, FREE for stays of 3 nights or more. Anyone not on the booking is not allowed to sleep in the accommodation.

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

This peaceful and bright accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family with a well-enclosed outdoor area. Between the ocean and the countryside in the village of Tosse, many services nearby (on foot) pharmacy, supermarket, restaurant, post office, bus stop, children's playground, tobacco/newspapers... The forest, lakes, Hossegor, Capbreton, Seignosse le Penon accessible by bike via the bike paths as well as the golf courses in the region.

The tipi

Come and spend the night in the heart of the farm animals under a Saharan tent equipped with two double beds. You will have the privilege of attending the feeding of the animals in the morning. Bathrooms, a kitchen and free parking are available on site. The teepee is located about 200 meters from the sanitary-kitchen-parking area. Breakfast is provided. Bed and bath linens are not provided (can be provided for an extra charge and upon request).
