Fully renovated cottage in former stables

Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

La Grange du Roy is an old barn restored into a small house, located in a small hamlet south of Indre-et-Loire, close to a river (200 m), with a walled garden. In the heart of the Valley of the Kings, Chenonceau, Chaumont, are a 10-minute drive away, Amboise, its castle and Clos Lucé are 5 minutes away. Blois, Villandry, Langeais or even Beauval Zoo are 40 minutes away.

This former 17th century barn, completely renovated in style, is located in a country setting, located just a 12-minute drive from the city center of Tours. Its access is independent of the owners' adjoining house. WITHOUT A KITCHEN, you will find the necessary comfort and can enjoy private parking, a relaxing garden area not overlooked and inside a fiber wifi connection. Ancienne grange entièrement rénovée. Grande chambre avec salle de bain à l'étage. Cuisine et coin salon au rez de chaussé. Située à l'ombre de deux grands tilleuls. Calme et sérénité assurés. La piscine est chauffée grâce à un volet solaire ce qui nous permet une température de baignade d’environ 30 degrés en pleine saison et d’environ 25 degrés en début et fin de saison ( début mai et fin septembre à début Octobre).
