There is a fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the living room; a bedroom with good bedding; a second bedroom with two single beds; a laundry room with a washer-dryer and a bathroom with a large shower and double sink. Everything is provided for a good recovery.

Situated in a calm and charming district of the center of Tours, this lignting and renovated studio 2 stars is ideal to visit the city, the Loire valley ans its casstles, or make a stop on the Loire à vélo Bike path. Old city is 5 mn walk, station 15 mn. This accommodation is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
