Separate access leads to the well room and on through the lounge to a fully equipped kitchen with a shower room/WC down stairs and a bedroom and WC above. Watch out for that narrow victorian spiral staircase though. There's also an enclosed patio to the rear. Amenities include a combi oven, induction hub, dishwasher, WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine, combi boiler with central heating throughout and use of tumble dryer.
