What an interesting and quirky place to stay! If you want to step back in time with modern amenities then this is the place for you. Cygnet Thatch has a fantastically well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, comfy beds and a huge log fire. A great find:)

Absolutely wonderful stay! Patricia and Alastair were the loveliest and most thoughtful hosts—so communicative, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. There were so many personal touches around the house that made our stay extra memorable. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds and plenty of inviting spaces to relax in. We were in town for a wedding locally at Hadsham Farms, and following advice from Patricia, arranging transport with the local taxi firm was a breeze. Very good spot to stay if you are at a wedding over that way. I've stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but this place is my absolute favourite—thanks to Patricia and Alastair, who are truly exceptional hosts. I’m already planning to coming back for a weekend getaway later this summer/early autumn! Thank you both so much for such a wonderful experience—we truly appreciated every moment.

Lovely stay in the annexe! The garden is stunning and there is a great local pub very close walking distance, highly recommend.

We loved the Little Forge! Such a nice cottage and would highly recommend for anyone after a peaceful Cotswolds getaway. Bledington is beautiful and the village pub on the green is only a 2 minute walk.

What can I say about this wonderfully quaint and quirky cottage that hasn't already been written? Probably nothing, but once you've picked your jaw up off the floor it's impossible to not be totally besotted by this hidden gem nestled in the heart of the English countryside, the pictures really don't do it justice. Our initial exploration of the spotless interior was way beyond our expectations, it's simply stunning and is the perfect blend of old and new. Everything we needed was provided and the comprehensive notes provided by Sue were more than adequate in providing clear directions and instructions for the various appliances, etc. Our stay surpassed our expectations in every way possible, if you've ever wanted to stay in an authentic cottage with a truly spectacular garden and doorstep access to to miles of public walkways look no further. Finally, a huge thinks to our wonderfully responsive host Sue for offering this property on Airbnb, very, very highly recommended.

Modern apartment 10 minute walk from shops and restaurants. Street parking wasn’t a challenge. Communication with host was ok. We had a problem with the shower drain, and they fixed it within a few hours. Everything works properly. Bed was comfortable, but as with all airbnbs in UK/Europe, a bit small by US standards. The bathroom was cramped, and the shower was tiny. Seniors might find the shower a challenge. The stairs to the bedroom were narrow. Not difficult for climbing alone, but a bit of a challenge with luggage. In June with temps of about 18 degrees Celsius, the bedroom was comfortable despite lacking air conditioning, but I’m not sure how it would be in the heat, if it ever did get hot in the UK! In short, the place might pose challenges for seniors but is a good option for others.

We had a lovely time at Arch Cottage. The house is in a great location, full of character, and with a lovely garden. Will couldn't have been more helpful, and quick ro respond. We were celebrating joint birthdays and it made it extra special being in such a lovely house. Thank you Will.

From 1st contact, Patricia was quick to reply & friendly. Her lodge was spotless and equipped with everything u cld want. Welcome pack of bread / milk etc such a lovely thought. Flowers and plants around the lodge are absolutely beautiful! The park itself is so peaceful. Would definately recommend

I booked this stay for my husband's 70th birthday with our family. There was 10 in total. The greeting was lovely and David explained everything about his property with passion and warmth. Im not surprised the place has the 'wow' factor for myself and family. The converted narn had beautiful features very pretty but David has introduced some great electric blinds, lighting, modern kitchen but fits with the period property. Fab tennis court, David provided balls and bats for guests to to use. David then took us to the pool area and extra bedroom and we were blown away. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lovely towels at pool and bedrooms. Plenty of hot water. Pool warm, jacuzzi great. We absolutely loved our time at Davids property. Would defo recommend. Top class.

Beautiful peaceful spot in the Cotswold countryside. The cottage is spacious and well equipped with great walks straight from the door. The pool was such a fantastic asset and really added to our holiday.

Absolutely beautiful—both the house and the surroundings! To stay in such a remarkable, comfortable, clean and beautiful, old place right in the heart of the cotswolds—it was truly lovely. So peaceful and quiet! Rachel was a kind and helpful host right next door. Make sure you pay good attention to her directions to get there—it was a little tricky. Also, the ceilings in the bathroom, living room and dining room really are only about 6 feet, with doorways and other things even shorter. We’re tall and we still loved it but it’s definitely something to keep in mind. The kitchen and bedrooms were all much taller. We’d love to return one day and stay again!!! Thanks you!

We had a lovely break here whilst visiting family nearby, Stuart was very helpful and accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, absolutely gorgeous area and all round welcoming atmosphere. Stuart even kindly installed WiFi for us- as signal is hit and miss in the area. Very clean Caravan as well and well equipped. A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

Really lovely stay. Extremely pristine and private airbnb, perfect for dogs and so peaceful! If your only knowledge of the English countryside is from romantic movies, then this is pretty much 100% as dreamy as you would hope. Angela was always available and responded in an extremely timely manner. We have stayed in many places that claim the pool is heated only to be disappointed. This pool was so warm we could swim in 18c weather on a cloudy day. We loved everything about our stay and the kitchen is very generously stocked with knives, cutting boards, kitchen scissors, etc. We could not recommend this airbnb and the hosts enough! The neighbours are also so kind and warm and even suggested walking routes for us and the dog. Don’t hesitate and book in now!

We had the best time, the pool is amazing!! The time slots were ideal and work really well- great pool for adults and children. Beautiful cottage, lovely gardens-we felt so at home, nothing was too much trouble for Bridget. The children have now also found a new love for tennis! We def hope to return … 10 out of 10 from us!!

This was my second time staying here. It's a lovely little apartment, feels really homely. Perfectly clean and has everything you could need. The apartment is very easy to find and check-in to. Adam is a great host, very friendly and fast to respond to messages, he goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I will definitely be staying again!

We had a lovely stay at Olivia’s place. It was clean, quiet and in beautiful surroundings. The apple juice and eggs were a nice touch and Olivia and her family welcomed us personally. Overall a very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at "Bonny Doon" ! Faye was absolutely lovely, constantly responding to messages and just all-round being an amazing host for me and my partner. The listing was exactly as described and looked just like photos, if not better in person ! We adored the cinema-like projector and surround sound which we used non-stop on our stay. The garden was spacious and beautiful, and we enjoyed wandering down throughout our stay to see the local wildlife. We will definitely be staying again and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Northamptonshire area !! Thank you for such a wonderful few days away !

I've stayed in a few places but I must say this was the nicest place we have stayed, left us a pile of goodies and provisions so not having to go to shops, the place is spotless and very well laid out even the small bedroom was big enough for one of us, 2 showers in the property meant not waiting on the 3 of us to use one, livingroom was comfy as anything and sky tv was great, our host Sarah replied to any texts we sent almost immediately and left us a gift of greyhound keyrings as she knew we were down for greyhound derby at towcester, the outdoor space is lovely and very private and it was needed as it was in the high 20s whilst we were there, as soon as I get dates for next years derby we will be booking again, thank you Sarah for allowing us to book I hope this feedback gets you loads of bookings as you deserve it with the way your property is presented xx Robert Hawthorn

absolutely chuffed with my weekend here. Keith welcomed us and was very friendly and talked is through the property and anything we needed to know..goes above and beyond ! place has been done up gorgeous well thought out whatever we needed was there and more. Food and drinks where left for us which went down well. Welcome pack if new to area with information. WiFi and sound bar on tv. Cute selection of games and puzzles. Beds comfortable. Highly recommend and would come again 🥰🧡

Get place with everything you need. Very quiet and tranquil location but with lots in easy reach. Host very welcoming. Second time I've stopped here whilst visiting Silverstone and will be back again

The annexe at Pipers Moon has been the perfect base for us. It had everything we needed to relax and we loved exploring the local countryside. We are looking forward to returning for our next stay in a couple of week’s time.
