Die Mosel ist gerade mal 300m entfernt. Neben der geräumigen Wohnung mit großem Wohn und Essbereich im oberen Geschoss gibt es im unteren Geschosse ein modernes Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer, eins mit einem großen Doppelbett und eins mit 2 Einzelbetten.
