Right in the center of Tramandaí… Apartment has two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the city center. Literally standing in the sand, the building also has a ballroom that needs to be scheduled with the owner to use. Apartment has a bedroom with double bed, and in the living room sofa bed for two people.

Very quiet place, safe, and good neighborhood. Family setting in the heart of Tramandaí , only 2 apartments in the building.
