Quiet and well located, 3 blocks from the sea and 6 from Tramandaí's boardwalk. From the beginning of the block, we can see the sea. Fully equipped with everything you need for your convenience and in the best location. Quiet and friendly neighbors and very clean and safe social environments. Good for families. Kitchen with microwave, oven, barbecue, washer and dryer, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning in the couple's room and garage for 1 car. Towels and bed linen are not provided. No pets allowed. Energy 110w.

Your family will be close to everything, overlooking the sea and facing the "EU ❤️ TRAMANDAÍ" sign and the 1st block of Av. da Igreja. The building has an elevator and an outdoor shower. The garage is covered and is approximately 150 meters from the building. It has a sofa that turns into a double bed! It comfortably accommodates 4 people, we accept a maximum of 5 people, we provide a kit with two bath towels and 2 face towels (it is not allowed to take the towels to the beach), your small pet is welcome.

Excellent Apt Downtown/Tramandaí

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our apartment. We are in the central region, next to a supermarket, pharmacies, hospital and delicious restaurants. You can take a walk downtown, without worrying about where to park, we have 2 parking spots! Our apartment is super well equipped, all furnished in a cozy way. We have hot water in the showers, bathroom faucet and kitchen. Our internet is 300 mega.
