Your family will be close to everything, overlooking the sea and facing the "EU ❤️ TRAMANDAÍ" sign and the 1st block of Av. da Igreja. The building has an elevator and an outdoor shower. The garage is covered and is approximately 150 meters from the building. It has a sofa that turns into a double bed! It comfortably accommodates 4 people, we accept a maximum of 5 people, we provide a kit with two bath towels and 2 face towels (it is not allowed to take the towels to the beach), your small pet is welcome.

Right in the center of Tramandaí… Apartment has two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the city center. Literally on the sand, the building also has a ballroom that needs to be scheduled with the owner to use. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, a sofa bed for two people.
