Your family will be close to everything, overlooking the sea and facing the "EU ❤️ TRAMANDAÍ" sign and the 1st block of Av. da Igreja. The building has an elevator and an outdoor shower. The garage is covered and is approximately 150 meters from the building. It has a sofa that turns into a double bed! It comfortably accommodates 4 people, we accept a maximum of 5 people, we provide a kit with two bath towels and 2 face towels (it is not allowed to take the towels to the beach), your small pet is welcome.

It has two bedrooms, both with a double bed and an additional single bed in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have fans. In the kitchen, microwave and utensils to make it easier ;)

The place is very quiet and well located, close to downtown, supermarkets, bakeries, stores, pharmacies and gym.
