😊Enjoy the sunset, you have an exclusive view due to the location of the AP. The apartment has an exclusive location and view. To the right, the Tramandaí River with a new and revitalized square at the end of the riverside avenue. To the left, Av. Ubatuba de Farias with squares and outdoor activities and plenty of space for a good chimarrão. In front, there are fishing platforms and the Imbé bridge with a boardwalk and squares. 2 blocks away you will find downtown Tramandaí with all the shops *gas showers *elevators *heaters

Your family will be close to everything, overlooking the sea and facing the "EU ❤️ TRAMANDAÍ" sign and the 1st block of Av. da Igreja. The building has an elevator and an outdoor shower. The garage is covered and is approximately 150 meters from the building. It has a sofa that turns into a double bed! It comfortably accommodates 4 people, we accept a maximum of 5 people, we provide a kit with two bath towels and 2 face towels (it is not allowed to take the towels to the beach), your small pet is welcome.

Literally on the sand, the building also has a ballroom that needs to be scheduled with the owner to use. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room, a sofa bed for two people.
