The house is in Tramandaí, integrated living room/kitchen with air-conditioning, 2 double bedrooms, the one in the suite with air-conditioning, 1 double bedroom with fan, two extra mattresses, 3 bathrooms, 2 barbecue areas, wood-burning stove, covered garage, service area, 6x3 swimming pool, private parking, 500 m from the stock center, near a pharmacy, Giraffas restaurant.

Wonderful Duplex House Tramandai

Sejam bem vindos :) Esqueça suas preocupações neste lugar espaçoso e tranquilo! Lindo sobrado com 2 suítes, sala , cozinha, dois banheiros e lavado embaixo. Pátio fechado com vaga para dois carros, pátio nos fundos e uma bela churrasqueira. A casa se localiza no centro da praia de Tramandaí a 10 quadras do mar.Possui dois quartos, os dois com cama de casal e com cama de solteiro adicional em cada quarto. Ambos quartos possuem ventiladores. Na cozinha, microondas e utensílios para facilitar ;)

An entire house, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and area with hammock. Barbecue, parking for one car. Fast Wi-Fi, 43-inch Smart TV, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, glass platters, glasses, 9 bowls, plates, cutlery, pots, mugs, etc... NOTE: There are 2 houses on the property, we rent the front one and the host couple lives in the back. Separate patios, shared front gate.
