A cozinha é bem equipada, tendo fogão, filtro de água gelada, 2 geladeiras, etc. Na sala principal temos uma televisão, com acesso a um aparelho da SKY. Já na área externa, contamos com um pátio grande e uma piscina na parte da frente, bem como uma churrasqueira, em espaço coberto, na área de trás da casa.
