We spent New Year's Eve in this beautiful little house and had a great time. Upon arrival Cristina and her family welcomed us warmly and showed us the place, the pellet stove immediately caught my eye, nothing better than lying on the sofa with your feet warm, then everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen equipped with every possible tool imaginable and the place is simply wonderful, despite the little snow this year, for those who like the mountains it is a great place for any activity you choose to do. I would recommend it to everyone!

Thank you, Nello! We had a great time in Guia.. the accommodation was very clean, we have rarely seen it like that before. The laundry smelled great, the kitchen was equipped for really all needs, the entire apartment shone, everything was available for a small fine breakfast, the mobile air conditioner did what it should and the view from the balcony to the vineyards was simply fantastic. Everything just fit, Nello was always available and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

It’s hard to put into words how incredible this place was — truly one of the most unforgettable homes we’ve ever stayed in during our time in Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were mesmerized by the beauty of the house and its surroundings. We stood there for nearly half an hour just soaking it all in. The home was spotless, cozy, and filled with charm. And the view… absolutely breathtaking. Our lovely host, Lorenzo, made the experience even more special. She welcomed us with a thoughtful bottle of wine, and surprised us with a delicious jar of local jam when we left — such a kind and personal touch. Every moment of our stay was magical. We would come back in a heartbeat and recommend this place to anyone looking for a special Italian getaway. We will definitely come back

Good location a 10/15 minute walk from downtown, large house with two bathrooms and everything you need to cook! Francy was very kind and helpful in welcoming us!

We had a great time in Sarcedo. Federico is very friendly and gave us all kinds of tips on what we could do. In the space, there is everything you need for a wonderful stay. We also received vegetables, fruit and homemade red wine from Federico. Bassano del grappa and Marostica were worth the effort. Despite the heat, it was easy to keep out due to the air conditioning in the bedroom. Furthermore, you can sit outside in all kinds of places. We definitely want to come back. There is still plenty to discover

We had a wonderful time! The place is very quiet and peaceful, and the fully fenced garden was perfect for our dog. Communication with our host Jody was very friendly and easy. As a lovely welcome, we received fresh fruit, homemade jam, eggs from their own chickens, and a few other treats. We’d love to come back and can highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at the property! The location was perfect for exploring the surroundings, and the accommodation was just as described – clean, well-equipped and very cozy. We especially enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony 😃 and the perfectly equipped kitchen where you only had fun cooking in it. The apartment is renovated, With all the new and beautiful furniture, bathroom, Kitchen, living room, wonderful. We loved the place Extremely clean and good linens. Highly recommend

Elfriede and her family are great hosts and we felt as welcome as we did comfortable. Since the Stachelburg is primarily a restaurant and Elfriede is a fantastic cook, we ate and drank with her every evening and ended the evening with her and her family with many conversations. There were many tips on what to do, and Elfriede always made sure that we needed something in the apartment and that everything was in order and was such an attentive hostess.

Great location at the northern area of Italy at the heart of the Dolomites. Having a car is super helpful.

There aren’t enough superlatives to positively describe this stay! The SUPER HOST AND SON went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, accommodating and pleasurable. Everything was beyond the description in a great way. We will be returning next year and will seek to stay at this location only. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our first visit to Venice phenomenal!

Wow- the bed and linens are the comfiest I have ever slept in! Divine! As is the mountain setting! You are completely surrounded by breathtaking views. Take her up on the spa voucher- it was amazing!

Everything was clean. The surrounding area is very nice and you can quickly reach many other beautiful places by car.

Absolutely spectacular in every way! Francesca is a wonderful host and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit and even made us a dinner reservation at one of her favorite places in Bolzano called Bogen. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping. ‘Scent of Pines’ is definitely at the top of list of our best stays ever. We will definitely return one day. Daniel was a fantastic host, very responsive and the place was easy to check in and out of. The place also came with wine that we were able to enjoy on the balcony at no extra cost! Very friendly neighbours and dogs! We stayed for a week and had a great time.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.
