Holiday rentals with a patio in Traunreut

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We felt at home in the beautiful, small apartment. It is tastefully and lovingly furnished and very well equipped. Communication with Markus was very good and extremely helpful from the beginning. Markus and Sandra are really the best hosts. The proximity to Lake Chiemsee and the beautiful mountains with fantastic hiking opportunities made our holiday perfect. We will be happy to come back.

Amazing safe and high tech place, super clean, friendly host with amazing view of the green mountains. Wonderful pool and having all you need. Felt like home.

The first thing that struck me when entering the apartment is what great atmosphere the tall wooden ceiling gives. Located in the outskirts of Traunstein you get the perfect combination of nearby trails for walking and walking distance to grocery and bakery. The kitchen is fully equipped and with good space for making food. A fenced area of the garden is available to your disposal which is very convenient when bringing a pet. Great communication with the host, recommended!

Beautiful apartment. Proper amenities and groceries available as well as laundry for the washing machine and dishwasher. The village is beautiful and the view from the balcony is incredible. Please note: apartment on the 4th floor without elevator. May be difficult for some people. Note: Indicate where to dispose of the glass.

We had a super nice stay in Florian's Fitnessalm. The location was perfect for us, as we could reach Königssee, Chiemsee, Salzburg and other excursion destinations in under an hour. Fortunately, the apartment is also away from all the hustle and bustle and traffic, so we could enjoy our peace. Florian is a great & helpful host. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortably furnished. All around we had a very nice holiday with baby & can only recommend it. ☺️

The apartment was absolutely top-notch – it really lacked nothing. Everything was clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped. We felt right at home The contact with the landlords was very warm and uncomplicated. A clear recommendation - we would love to come back!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the Alpetalhütte. The host family welcomed us warmly. The location is perfect to discover the Berchtesgaden area, also on foot. Particularly soothing: the view from the sauna into the forest. Everything just wonderful.

A wonderful chalet, very lovingly decorated and you feel very comfortable from the first moment. Especially the sauna, which can be used at any time, is the heart of the house. Cornelia & Roland are very thoughtful and extremely friendly. Thank you for the lovely holiday!

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

We had a wonderful stay in Doris' beautiful apartment. Super clean, spacious and perfectly equipped. We were warmly welcomed by Doris and she showed us everything. We were able to safely park our bicycles in the garage and the car in the underground garage. We had great weather and were able to use the beautiful terrace with garden. The location was ideal for longer bike rides in the Chiemgau, the Wendelstein region and the Mangfall Mountains. In addition, a swimming pool is just around the corner, there are great swimming spots in the Mangfall as well as restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. We didn't feel for a second that we were missing anything. Highly recommended, especially for a longer relaxing vacation! Thank you, Doris 😊

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the sparkling wine to welcome us and the sweets were very nice. We would have really liked to have stayed longer - if we end up at Lake Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

A beautiful place for our family trip to Salzburg. The apartment was big! Two comfortable bedrooms with a gorgeous bathroom and separate toilet. The kitchen was fantastic! We made breakfast each day and was a dream to cook in. The hosts were friendly and flexible in letting us stay slightly longer before our return flight. There is a small bakery plus a good supermarket close by. Would recommend!

Wow and wow !! Everything was perfect! I have never enjoyed an apartment or hotel like this in my entire life. It is hard to imagine the level of size, precision, cleanliness, order, abundance and view, technology.. It made the vacation even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for everything. What a gem. We absolutely loved the Barn. Friendly welcome on arrival even though we were early. Matthius told us how lovingly the Barn was restored. You can see the effort & time that has gone in to this. Everything you could possibly want in facilities. Great streaming services on TV..Well equipped kitchen. Super comfy bed after a long day visiting Saltzburg. Thank you for your hospitality .Already looking forward to visiting again.
