Holiday rentals with beach access in Traverse City

This place was perfect! We were in town for a family wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Very clean and comfy and just a 10 second walk from shops, ice cream, and restaurants! Woulda definitely stay again! The homemade brownie mix was an extra special touch!

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

Great stay in an adorable, walkable town. Plenty to do, great food and drinks in a beautiful location on the bay. Would highly recommend and would revisit. Perfect stay.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Very cute, great location, having a parking lot was nice since we all drove in separately!

We were in town for the Bayshore Half Marathon and initially expected a group of five, but it ended up being just two couples. The condo was perfect for our group! The parking was clearly marked, and we had the place to ourselves. It was easy to access, and we even tried out the elevator. At first, we weren’t sure which building was ours since there are several nearby, but once we got our bearings, everything was smooth. The location truly can’t be beat — we were able to walk to almost everything! The views are absolutely stunning. I only wish we had better weather so we could have spent more time outside enjoying them. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, with just the right amount of space for the four of us. Having two bathrooms, a cozy living area, and separated sleeping spaces made our stay really comfortable. We’d love the chance to stay here again in the future!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Myself and 5 others had a great stay at the Burdhouse - we only had one car so the location was ideal to be able to walk to see the lake, shops, restaurants, and bars. Everyone had a comfortable sleeping experience with plenty of beds and bathrooms, and we were all able to use the wifi and the TV. We enjoyed access to the porches for outside lounging and the bay windows in the front for a nice view of the street. Tammy was communicative and called me the week before we came to ensure there weren't any lingering questions. The check in process was flexible and Tammy was responsive via text when we had trouble initially getting on the wifi and to clarify the correct parking spot. On the last day, Tammy offered to let us keep our car in the driveway past check in while we did some last minute shopping. Overall Tammy was very friendly and accommodating. I have nothing but nice things to say about this trip and would highly recommend the Burdhouse to anyone looking to stay in Traverse!

Shannon’s place is awesome. For the money and what’s offered with the house, you can’t really ask for a better stay. Super close to downtown and walking distance but don’t have to deal with the downtown craziness. Has everything you need and for a great price.

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

Where do I start… this was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our fur baby. The house was exactly as described and is placed in the most peaceful neighborhood - while also being minutes away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Ramy is the most wonderful host; answering all our questions and suggesting some great local spots as well. We felt immediately at ease and truly could enjoy our vacation thanks to Ramy and this perfect lil home. We hope to be back next time we visit Traverse City! ☺️

Place was exactly as described. Perfect location for our needs and the ability to bring our dogs was a huge plus. House was spacious and well kept. Would stay here again

We came up for my bachelorette weekend, actually found this place as a last minute deal when our first place fell through. The house was beautiful, and everyone had plenty of room. We were able to check in early and the host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

We were impressed by the comfort and welcome of the little red cabin. The hosts were wonderful, amenities plentiful and the cabin was cozy. We very much enjoyed the fire pit and the rocking Adirondack chairs. The outdoor space allowed us to soak up the sun and gain a quiet break from the city life. Easy to drive around this area + we really enjoyed our time spent at the cabin cooking meals and spending time with our dog (it was so amazing that there were bowls there for him). The location was perfect for us. We look forward to returning for another future visit.

We loved our stay at John and Kelly's place. The entire rental was extremely clean and matched the photos. They were responsive and friendly when I reached out with questions before and during our stay. Most of all, you can't beat this location!

Overall very functional apartment for a couple in a desirable location. Very clean and decent amenities. Easy check in and check out. Comes with parking spot which is essential in that location. Fairly quiet. Door lock is somewhat finicky and took 2-3 tries to open door.

Our stay was relaxing and exactly what we needed. The walk to the water was short and easy, giving us great views of the sunset.

Spring was accessible, helpful and the Airbnb was on point in all aspects. Close to downtown to walk in minutes but far enough to be away from overtly nighttime life. Great all around stay. Would recommend!
