Excellent places to eat nearby. Only 20 minutes by car to the seaside town of Aberystwyth, a wide promenade with breathtaking view of Cardigan Bay.

Cilcain is a small, but well-appointed new cottage, next door to, but detached from, our old farm cottage. Set in peaceful surroundings, with views. Ideal for 4 adults, or 2 adults + 2 children, whether wanting to walk, cycle, explore, or have a quiet break. Set between the Cambrian mountains and the sea - 10 miles from the coast. The stylish newly built but quaint cottage sleeps 2-4, is spacious and comfortable with everything needed in a home from home. Beautiful countryside views can be enjoyed from the lounge and bedroom. The large south facing patio and enclosed garden leads to a lush meadow for stunning sea and mountain views. Close to Aberystwyth yet enjoying a peaceful and stunning location the setting is open countryside with delightful wildlife all around. A Stream nearby adds to the charm of the place.

Located on the Melindwr river on the edge of the village of Goginan, private wild fishing lake, private location, log fired hot tub, garden with BBQ, parking, close to the Nant yr Arian Mountain Bike Centre (bikers can ride from the trails to the Cabin) and a wide range of visitor facilities around Aberystwyth (river, lake and sea fishing, kyaking, surfing, horse riding, theatre, cinemas, Rheidol Steam Trains to Devils Bridge Waterfalls), one mile to the Druid Inn, serving food and ales.

The self contained annex has been recently extended and includes a large bedroom, lounge with sofa bed please mention if needed so extra bedding can be provided- no extra cost for 2 people booking. fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Parking is available outside the annex. All access and accommodation is on the same level for easy use. Set in the countryside it offers superb views, bike rides etc. The annex provides a comfortable homely experience within easy reach of local amenities.

Just to notify, there is a 150 meter walk from the car to the cabin including steps, but we are happy to help with luggage if needed.
