Erwan’s house is new and very stylish. You can see the sea and it’s very peaceful. There are local bar and restaurants. Nice amount of space. The garden is big with a lovely terrace with outside sitting and a ping pong table. Excellent location if you want to visit beautiful town such as Audierne, Douarnenez and Quimper as well as sight seeing like La Pointe du Raz. Definitely recommend it.

What can I say about this house: INCREDIBLE! A luxury home that you won't find everywhere! The house is new and equipped with quality materials! The bedding is perfect, the cleanliness of the accommodation is impeccable! The positive point: the exteriors, the pool, the very pleasant terrace! We couldn't find any negative points! Lucie left us a lot of clear and simple instructions that made it very easy for us to own her home. Small, welcoming and cozy, a perfect home for a Breton weekend! A little extra that delighted my daughters: the net in the floor! This sensation puts everyone in peace in record time🤩!

We came as two families of 4 and a small dog. The size and layout of the house was great. Lots of dishes available, beds made on arrival, towels provided, lovely little touches. Great value for the price Some remarks were made to the concierge for improvement but nothing that would be prohibitive to rent this house again, which completely satisfied us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Irene's home. Everything is well thought out, and everything you may need is available for a holiday "like at home" You have all the amenities you need. The garden is very beautiful, we have or eat there, it's really appreciated. And Irene is a charming and very pleasant host.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well located in relation to the city center, easily reachable on foot. Street parking is available. The apartment has been renovated and tastefully, everything is very functional. An extra table to eat would be nice but since there were only 3 of us, the small table in the kitchen was enough. A blackout window between the loggia and the bathroom would be desirable. As this is an old building, the soundproofing can be improved. We found the welcome from Cédric and Jean-Christophe very pleasant, the latter also came at 6:30 a.m. for our early departure and we thank him again. We recommend this apartment for visiting Quimper and its surroundings.

If you are looking for a place to stay near a beach, the GR34, and an excellent bakery😉, book now. The accommodation is soothing, and allows for a very pleasant rest. The provision of 2 bikes: a significant plus, which allows you not to use the car. Pierre is attentive and responds very quickly if necessary, and adapts to the unexpected on arrival and departure. The tourist office offers various activities: sensory and gourmet walk, meditation on the beach... and at a maximum of 10 euros.

Very nice ground floor apartment, close to the halls and to the city center. Entry airlock secured by a door always locked. We were welcomed by the owners who are very friendly and offer good tips.

Marie Claire was a very gracious hostess. The room with bathroom was very cozy and tastefully decorated. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast, with lots of homemade products, was very good. The town center was within walking distance. We would come back.

The bedroom, the house and the garden are beautiful, not to mention the jacuzzi available. The location is ideal for discovering this splendid area of Finistère. We recommend it without hesitation!

This place is a real piece of heaven. Quiet, tastefully decorated, you feel very good and you can visit the island easily. Corinne and Stephane welcomed us warmly, gave us good advice for visiting or eating A place where you can really go with your eyes closed... and what breakfasts on the terrace in the sun!!!!

Very welcoming and caring people. We stayed to attend a wedding at the Manoir de Kerhuel, the location is ideal. Véronique was very accommodating with the schedules. We really want to come back to spend more time in the area.

Christel was a friendly, welcoming and helpful host. The room was colorful and very clean. Christel had a specially decorated garden with many flowers and scallop shells.

Cyrille, her 2 cats and the dog, welcomed me into their home! Cyrille also accommodated my bike safely in the house. The breakfast drawer was handy to raid in the morning and I was grateful of being able to use the coffee machine too. With a Lidl down the road, and the centre of Quimper only a 20 minute walk away, I was very happy with the location.
