The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. Charming fisherman's house in Menzao (standing stone) 2.5 km from the beaches between Concarneau and Pont Aven, quiet... A living room with an equipped kitchenette open to the living room, a shower room, a separate toilet, a mezzanine bedroom, accessible by a small staircase, and possibility of a second bed in a sofa bed. 100 m² garden with terrace, partially fenced. Our little and big doggy friends cannot be accommodated.

Ideally located, quiet, between ocean and greenery, halfway between Concarneau (9 km) and Pont-Aven (9 km), at the exit of the village of Trégunc (800 m) and very close to Pointe de Trévignon (5 km).
