Ancienne ferme et bâti traditionnel en granit avec jardin et 2 grandes piscines chauffées partagées : 1 couverte par un abri télescopique ouverte de mi avril à mi octobre (sauf températures anormalement basses) + 1 extérieure de fin juin à mi septembre. Site sécurisé sans voiture et en pleine nature. Calme absolu pour un sommeil réparateur (volets dans toutes les chambres). Situé entre Concarneau et Pont-Aven, la ville de Trégunc et ses 23 km de littoral est au cœur de la Cornouaille Sud.

Charming fisherman's house in Menzao (standing stone) 2.5 km from the beaches between Concarneau and Pont Aven, quiet... A living room with an equipped kitchenette open to the living room, a shower room, a separate toilet, a mezzanine bedroom, accessible by a small staircase, and possibility of a second bed in a sofa bed. 100 m² garden with terrace, partially fenced. Our little and big doggy friends cannot be accommodated.

This is our family home, built by my great-grandparents in the early 1900s. Some family memories, authenticity and modern comfort await you. From the garden there is a beautiful sea view, Dourveil beach is nearby. There are 3 bedrooms with 180 x 200 beds, you can make a fireplace or have a barbecue and lunch outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can park their car in front of the garden entrance.
