Wonderful summer house in Simrermarken near the sea!

A newly-renovated summer cottage with 3 bedrooms, large plot and conservatory. If you want to get close to nature and want peace and quiet, then you have found the right place, a large and nice plot of 1000 m2. Apple trees, bushes, etc. & plenty of room for family & friends as well as parking on the property. You are close to the beach, about 300 meters walking distance to swim from the jetty. 7 minutes by bike to Böste beach. From the cabin, it is 6 minutes to the bus that takes you both to Trelleborg and Ystad/Österlen.
