For golf enthusiasts, the golf course is 1.7 kilometers (1 mile) away. Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be added for SEK 200

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

Big sea house on the southernmost point of Sweden

The old Tullmästarvilla in Smygehamn. A large house of 170 sqm with stunning panoramic views of Smygehuk and the marina. From the upstairs lounge, you look out over the sea as from a command bridge. Three bedrooms, one with toilet, spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, private patio with barbecue and garden. 50 meters to the sea. Smygehuk offers life and movement in summer with a fish smoker, restaurant, cafés, craft shops, ice cream shop and tourist office. Sandy beach with swimming about 1 km away.

The house is 300 yards from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 1.2 miles from Höllviken city center, where there are both food and clothing stores and many nice restaurants to choose from. Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.
