Exclusive guests house for wine lovers with AC

Exclusive guesthouse located on a 300 hectare estate. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a pantry with washing machine and a large living room with a large rustic fireplace in typical Tuscan style. There is a small outdoor veranda with table and chairs. The pool is located at 400 meters from the house. The path is a bit up and down, so if you don’t like to walk please do not book this house. We do tastings in the cellar with visits of the vineyards and the ancient barrique.

Our stay in Julia's house was nothing short of fantastic! Julia was a very hospitable and helpful host. Both in the communication before we arrived and during our stay. The house is fantastically beautiful, and from the terrace we had the most beautiful view of Tuscany's beautiful landscape. Here was the most wonderful life of cicadas, croaking frogs and beautiful fireflies. The house is very charming. 2 beautiful bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a completely unique bed. So good that we must acquire a similar one at home. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything we needed. Julia was so sweet to lend me a blender while we were there. 1000 thanks Julia for helping to make our holiday so successful and wonderful. We would love to return again

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thankyou Brian (and family) for what was an unforgettable magical experience. The villa far surpassed all our expectations. The villa is beyond beautiful and oozes rustic charm, perfect for a large group. Rooms were clean and with beautiful views (on the top floor) to wake up to, so much so that it felt like a dream. Bathrooms were lovely and higher spec than expected for such an old building. swimming pool serves it's purpose, but it's in a gorgeous garden amongst olive groves....stunning. Brian and family were the perfect balance of keeping in touch and ensuring we had everything we needed whilst ensuring that we felt we had the place to ourselves, a perfectly ran operation. We arranged a dinner one evening in the house cooked by Brian's mother which was an amazing experience to enjoy such a wonderful setting with friends. thank you Brian! we already hope to return in future.

This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

My family and I spent a weekend near Pisa. On Saturday we arrived in Casciana Terme and were very satisfied with the place both in terms of beauty and tranquility. The apartment is well maintained, clean and cozy and the host Michela immediately gave us a warm welcome. In the evening, we dined in a fantastic tavern, which we chose from among the many restaurants that were there. On Sunday morning, we left and in 40 minutes, we were in Pisa. Casciana Terme is a beautiful Borghetto surrounded by nature where you can go if you are looking for something quiet.
