Before arriving, Stephano informed me in detail if we would get lost, and he also carried a heavy carrier. A welcoming wine gift warmed our heart on the table. He also gave us detailed instructions on how to get on the bus to Florence and the bus stop. He wanted to tell us anything. In the old farmhouse, everything is prepared like a house for family, not travelers. I took pictures of the fantastic sunset and scenery. When I go back to Seoul and get tired of my daily life, I think I will reminisce about this picture. And thank you for the gifts, Nicoletta.

Very nice place with a great view, very quiet and relaxing. The apartment was clean and cozy. The only inconvenience were the squeaky doors.

Great flat to explore Cortona! Excellent location and had everything you need

My husband and I, plus our French Bulldog, had the pleasure of staying here for just over 3 weeks. Immediately felt like home, and host family had everything to do with that! Highly recommend. stunning views, fabulous location and some of the most gracious people I've ever met.

A truly wonderful place, no other place like it. Really worth seeing but only if you are able to handle the 54 step very narrow spiral staircase. The house is on 4 levels linked by the stairs, wouldn’t be suitable for young children or the elderly. Deborah was a great host as was Paula.

Ilonka & Rob were wonderful hosts & the house was stellar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was incredibly quiet & peaceful - away from the hustle & bustle yet close enough to enjoy several surrounding towns & villages as day trips or for evening dinners. Their home is charming, super clean, & stocked with everything we could possibly need. They even shared fresh fruits & vegetables from their personal garden which we incorporated into our meals when we cooked at home. We enjoyed some nice walks through the mountainside which offer beautiful views & solitude. (Thanks to our hosts for recommending!) We hope to be back when it is cooler - but we did enjoy the pool during the hot afternoons. Until then, we are grateful to have found this gem & for the kindness extended to us by Ilonka & Rob. They answered all our questions, provided helpful recommendations, & were generous with their time - available when needed & happy to socialize but always respecting guest privacy.

We had a wonderful time in this absolutely cute house, which is surrounded by breathtaking nature. The tranquility is unique - you can only hear the chirping of the birds, and every now and then deer appear at the edge of the forest. Simply magical! The pool was well maintained and you had real peace. A real highlight for us was the kitchen: so lovingly furnished and exceptionally well equipped - we have never experienced anything like it! The gas stove and the high-quality oven have made cooking a pleasure. Host Diego was incredibly friendly, attentive and warm. You immediately feel welcome and well cared for. A perfect retreat for those who appreciate nature, tranquility and loving details.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

Her accommodation is really clean and well maintained. The view of the courtyard, where the Tuscany region can be seen at a glance, was really great. Thank you so much for taking care of us so that we can stay comfortably. Always be happy. Thank you.

A peaceful place, quiet, clean, in nature, we didn't need anything extra in the room

It was a little difficult to communicate in English, but it was nice thanks to my grandfather who was so kind. I was a little scared at first because I only stayed with two other guests, but thanks to that, I was able to have a quiet and relaxing time ~ I think it's better to enjoy relaxing than the expensive Agristurismo ~ Highly recommended 👍

Wow what a fabulous stay ! San Gusme and its surrounding area is beautiful and we felt so lucky to be able to stay in San Gusme itself . Elvira was super helpful and had great local recommendations for wine tasting etc .

A truly magical and unique stay in a castle apartment. After 24 days exploring the beauty of Italy, our arrival at Simone's third floor apartment in the village was breathtaking. This truly magnificent setting, nestled within a castle, immediately enveloped us in a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself is not only beautifully appointed and meticulously cared for, but also boasts spectacular views across the mountain range that invited us to sit for hours, simply unwinding and soaking in the tranquility. While we ventured down the mountain a few times, we found ourselves drawn to the gentle rhythm of morning and evening walks, always culminating in a visit to the piazza to once again marvel at the stunning views Simone, our host, is simply the most considerate and attentive host I have encountered in 15 years of travel. This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

My wife, brother-in-law, and I had an incredible time in Montepulciano, and Giacomo’s apartment was the perfect place from where we started out daily adventures, took afternoon naps, and then headed out for fantastic dinners. Giacomo’s apartment was excellent, making it easy to get settled after a long day of travel. Giacomo guided us into the temporary parking spot when we got lost for a few minutes, and was quick to assist with any questions we had during our stay. The restaurant recommendations were all excellent, as well as the other activities he suggested. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Montepulciano!

Great house, stayed here for four days. We don't have a car so can only choose a place with good transport links.It is close to the train station and the view is the best place for us! The landlord was very friendly and came to the train station to pick us up and drop us off. Friends without a car can report a day or rent an e-bike/tram to get around. The room on the second floor has a good view, you can see the beautiful Tuscan pastoral scenery by pushing the window, the natural scenery is accompanied by birds, the whole person is quiet, it is so relaxing. There is a kitchen where you can go to the nearby supermarket to buy your own cooking (30 minutes on foot). The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and hard, everything was very satisfactory.The only regret is that the pool is only open in May. I hope I can come back next time!

I highly recommend Bryan's place it is extremely beautiful and well maintained with an amazing back drop. Bryan and his family are very welcoming. If you want a taste of Tuscany you need to stay here.

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

Leonardo was incredible helpful and an absolute delight. You can tell he is house proud, the place was peaceful and beautiful. I would go back.

Marco’s place is away from the hustle and bustle of Siena very quietly comfortable and super clean. The view from the balcony alone is worth the night rate. Close to all the lovely sights in Val D’Orcia. In a very quaint town with locals who actually live here. Marco is very responsive and clearly explained everything to us. Must try the pizza at Pizza I’ll Vecchio…a hidden gem in Tuscany

We were immediately enchanted by this property. Everything here makes up the image that one can have of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good right away, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a favorite, this place is a gem! We'll be back!

Francesco was the perfect host very communicative and responsive when needed - the unit was spotless and nice decor - loved being in the little town walking to the 3 lively restaurants, grocery and coffee shop not to mention the fabulous vineyards that surrounded the flat - we did some wonderful walks and did side trips to cute little towns - Would recommend highly
