It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor (kitchen, dining area and lounge with direct access to the garden), plus a downstairs shower room. My cottage is close to the Clay Trails, Newquay and its fantastic surfing beaches, Truro, Falmouth, and the Eden Project with all the convenience of having supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs within a short drive. St Austell train station is around 10 minutes drive or 40 minutes walk. You’ll love my place because of the great location and the character of the property! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and kids and pets are very welcome.
