The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. Retreat away from city noise and hustle? Nestled between shady forests and expansive dirt roads, with my apartment you will find a place where modern comforts meet the originality of country life. The house from 1693 has been lovingly restored. The old construction has been completely preserved, but equipped with many modern amenities. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers and families.

Beautiful large apartment in an idyllic location

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

Vacation home in the countryside

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking
