Il portinaio Shiran è sempre in loco dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8,30 alle 13,00. Gli Ospiti possono altresì pigiare il pulsante n. 7 del citofono: V'è sempre qualcuno a casa pronto ad accoglierli. L'Host vive nello stesso stabile e assicura la propria costante presenza e disponibilità nel ricevere gli ospiti al loro arrivo. 2) Check-in in orari diversi Nell'ipotesi in cui gli Ospiti arrivino a qualsivoglia ora del giorno o della notte, sarà opportuno avvisare per tempo l'Host e concordare un orario di arrivo approssimativo. L'Host in ogni caso è sempre disponibile h24 o su Airbnb o sul proprio telefono personale (+39 339 31 99 131). IL GIORNO DEL PROPRIO ARRIVO, GLI OSPITI TROVERANNO SEMPRE QUALCUNO AD ACCOGLIERLI. Sarà cura ed onere dell'Host comunicare tempestivamente agli Ospiti la possibilità di effettuare il check-out anche più tardi, laddove richiesto, compatibilmente al calendario ed alle esigenze della Proprietà. Il check-out può essere effettuato dagli ospiti in completa indipendenza, senza alcun bisogno di attendere l'Host, seguendo le seguenti struzioni: alla ,loro partenza, gli Ospiti possono lasciare le chiavi di casa sul tavolo da pranzo, tirandosi dietro la porta e avvisando tempestivamente l'Host. Questo è quanto! L'Host si rende sempre disponibile, laddove richiesto, ad aiutare gli Ospiti a trasportare le proprie valigie fuori dall'appartamento.
