This holiday home was newly built in 2022 and is very stylish and high-quality. In Chalet48, a spacious living room with a wonderful ambiance will seduce you. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the lounge area there is a pool table and wellness area with sauna.

Centrally located in the quiet district of Mayen, the cottage invites you to relax, hike and enjoy. Couples, business travelers as well as families, are in good hands. Wonderful hiking and biking trails (bicycle shelter available) are within walking distance, shopping and restaurants in 2 km, as well as the Tollipark for children. The legendary Nürburgring is 30 minutes away. In summer, the Burgfestspiele greet the Lukasmarkt in the fall.

"Else's Stübchen" is a newly created small apartment for a cozy overnight stay. On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building.
