Ideal accommodation for those who prefer an authentic place, love to explore and feel free in nature, while staying a few kilometers from all the tourist points of the province. Getting to us is an experience. Leaving the SS113, you travel along a dirt road for 800m, through olive groves and vineyards of small farms. Slowly you go up and you get glimpses of the sea on one side and the temple of Segesta on the other. The road is poorly maintained and difficult in some places, but yes, it will be worth it!

Villa completed in 2016. This is located on a small hill and overlooks the entire coast. The view from the house allows you to admire the coast of the Torre Salsa nature reserve on the left, the Bovo Marina beach in the center, and the Eraclea Minoa coast on the right. In short, a breathtaking view. The villa has a large outdoor space with plants and flowers typical of the Mediterranean scrub. A private road allows you to get right in front of the house.

From the living room window, the view runs from Torre Salsa beach (nature reserve) to Capo Bianco. Bovo Marina beach is not very crowded even in the middle of summer.

Mortillina is a 40sm house, with a king size bed bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. It is built on a suspended terrace with a stunning view on the valley, the mountains and on the background Raffadali village. Moreover the guests have free access to the main house pool few mt from Mortillina. The pool is shared with the guests of the main house (max 8 people).
