The warmth of the wood stove creates a comfortable environment (the only source of heating in the room). Casa Linda is located at the foot of the Berici hills, 10 minutes from the historic center of Vicenza, surrounded by greenery but close to the main road connections and served by a bike path.

It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.

The house has undergone a conservative restoration, which, while maintaining its original appearance, preserves its use for the purposes of the stay and residence.
