This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The house in which the apartment is located is from the Middle Ages and the surroundings are picturesque. It is 2 minutes away from the main square. In this facility you have the opportunity to dry clothes on a tiramol; a traditional Mediterranean way of drying clothes. In the city center, it is sometimes noisy, but since it is a strict center, this part is tucked away and quite quiet. Although the Mediterranean is a street life, you have the opportunity to feel it. 🤗

This is newly redecorated (2017) 4* apartment with modern interior design. It is located cca 200m from the old historical center of Trogir. 300m from the nearest city beach. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all in walking distance. Apartment has 80m2, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a terrace. It is equipped with free WiFi(speed~300Mbs), 3 air conditioning units, SMART TV with Netflix and IPTV. There is a free parking place for one car.

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
