I feel really lucky to find this place. This location is definitely one of my favorite now. It’s so unique and peaceful in the small town Bronte. And the host was super nice and patient. When he knew that we didn’t bring toothpaste he even went to get some for us. The water temperature and water pressure was perfect. The bathroom is huge. Even the breakfast is included in the fees. It’s totally worth it. The decoration is also very beautiful. The only thing that may be a problem is that there may be noise in the morning when cars passing by. Beautiful country side home in the middle of nowhere still close to some beautiful Sicilian mountains towns. We enjoyed our stay. And visited nearby towns Make sure you have sufficient groceries Especially if public holidays Elvio and his wife were very welcoming and friendly .

I was only at Sonja's for a few days to go hiking in the area and to Etna, I had a very good base here. The apartment is nicely furnished, has a comfortable bed and sofa to relax, and is also very inviting. The bathroom is in the apartment, looks new and has warm water. The outdoor kitchen is well and generously furnished, unfortunately I had too little time otherwise I would certainly have prepared my own dinner. Instead, I once accepted Sonja's offer for a Sicilian dinner, very tasty antipasti and pasta, really good! When I travel to Sicily again, I will definitely come here again.
