The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Det er 150 meter til båt-og badeplass fra huset. Huset er 5 min fra nærmeste butikk og under 20 minutter fra Arendal. (med bil) Det er 4 soverom, 2 bad og 8 soveplasser(3 med dobbeltsenger og ett med 2 enkeltsenger). Det er kjøkkenhage og drivhus som må vannes, men det kan også høstes.
