Great cozy cabin in lovely lake location in Hälsingland! Open plan between kitchen, dining room and living room. Open fireplace and wood stove. Fully-equipped kitchen, toilet, shower, and laundry room. Two bedrooms with two beds each (double bed or two single). Possibility of another bed in a tent bed or thick mattress (Note: let us know when booking if there is a need). Sauna cottage with shower is available to use. Private jetty with swimming facilities, large south-facing terrace, large grass areas, wifi via fiber cable, TV with Apple TV.

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-burning sauna. In summertime there is also heated swimming pool. An additional accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven and stove with induction hob etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Go for a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is possibility of sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, simpler rowing boat and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende på landet. Fullt utrustad lägenhet med två sovrum och öppen planlösning. Badrum med dusch och separat tvättstuga. Lägenheten finns i egen byggnad ovanpå stall. I stallet bor tre svartnosfår. På gården finns även ett boningshus där vi i familjen bor med två barn, katter, kaniner och hundar. Njut av lugnet med utsikt över åkrar, kor och hästar på närliggande gårdar. Djur är välkomna! Studsmatta finns på gården. Elbilsladdare finns.

Welcome to our little cottage. This house was built in 1901 and is filled with Swedish countryside charm. - 1km walk from a lake - 2.5 hours from Stockholm with public transport. Bus stop is 200m away - Cabin has electricity but NO WATER. Tanks can be filled with water approximately 30 m from the cabin. - Bring your own bedsheets - Outdoor toilet - Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave and oven. Small barbecue outside.
