Quiet neighborhood setting with ample privacy

Quiet family oriented neighborhood. 10 miles from Kiawah Island featuring beautiful beaches and some of the best golf in SC including the famous PGA course at Kiawah Golf course. Folly Beach 12 miles away and downtown Charleston 10 miles away. The interior has been recently renovated with 2 smaller bedrooms and a medium size master bedroom. The home includes a large deck for coffee and a mid size bbq grill. **Unfortunately due to a few inconsiderate guests, we no longer allow pets. *** Sorry.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Charming cottage straight out of a magazine. Elizabeth & Chris curated every touch and were so thoughtful & responsive. We felt very at home and away from the hustle & bustle during our 2-night stay yet had walkable options to shop, dine, or take in the beautiful intracoastal. Removed yet central - easy to get downtown or beaches. We went to Credit One Stadium both nights and found the drive stress free. All around well beyond 5⭐️

We had such a lovely stay at this charming farm cottage! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed—and then some. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, which made everything even smoother. It was the perfect peaceful getaway and we’d absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Simple but accommodating. A peaceful place to rest and recharge after a full day visiting the sites of Charleston. Thoughtfully decorated and inviting. At the end of the day, my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the deck. The backyard feels secluded with its many trees.

Great Father’s Day weekend at Federica and Gates. The location was superb and it felt like we were 15 mins from EVERYTHING. Amazing clean home that was perfect for our family of 4. Gates is just good people like we should all be down here in the south. Would highly recommend.
