Everything was as described and Lixin was very helpful and responsive.

This place was a great location to all of the activities we had planned for the weekend. It was close enough to the airport for those who traveled here and close to other amenities such at the Edgefield and a fairly easy drive to downtown Portland.

Gabriela was an outstanding host. Very responsive. The place was immaculate! My friends and I truly appreciated the stay. The beds were comfortable, and even the pull out sofa was comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone! Side note: It is a townhouse so there are stairs.

Nice place to stay. The living and kitchen space were larger than expected. The parking right in front of the unit off the street is very convenient. The neighbors were noisy but it didn’t bother us much. Host was accommodating and responsive!

Me and my friends rented the place for 3 days for my friend’s wedding. We had an amazing experience. It was two rooms with one bathroom. The house was clean and everything were match the description. If you’re looking for a one bathroom with 2 bedrooms, I would recommend it. For us one bathroom was not a great choice because we were about six people, but we had this place last minute due to other places were quite expensive. One thing my friends loved was, the water pressure. It was satisfying and strong. One thing though, the house was double house and there is another house attached to the one we rented, but it was not a problem for us. Overall, the stay was good and if you’re looking for a small simple place in Portland, this is your place.

Marc's place was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was clean. The living room was comfortable and had a large TV (no cable but set up for streaming). The decor was minimalist and free of clutter. There is off street parking, but the driveway is somewhat steep and narrow. Overall the airbnb met our expectations.

There was a delay with check in but host was very responsive and accommodating with a late check out. Place was peaceful, beautiful location, and perfect for pets! Main reason why I stayed, this place was amazingly accommodating to our two fur babies.

We stayed 5 nights in this beautiful accommodation with an incredible view overlooking the valley to Mt. Hood. The host was outstanding - great communication, very helpful with all our questions & requests. The apartment was immaculate & more than fully equipped - extra linens, a big supply of towels, snacks galore! The kitchen appliances were great, easy to use, and lots of cooking supplies were provided. For really outdoorsy types, even camping & similar supplies were available. Bed & sofa were super comfortable, Internet connection fast, Smart TV worked well with DVDs available for all tastes. The location was excellent, too - short-ish drives to Mt. Hood & various hikes in the National Forest, plus only a few minutes' drive to commercial areas for shopping. The host really thought of everything (even providing some padded hangers!). Our only regret: not staying longer. Thanks for a great experience.

We were so happy to be back in Portland and Peregrine’s place made our visit that much better! Beautiful house with lovely porches, gardens and within walking distance of great food and coffee. The accommodations were thoughtful and the bed sooo comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

I loved the place, it was very private, Marriane was extremely helpful and fast with responses, quiet neighborhood, very clean, I loved the heated floors in the bathroom lol I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back.

What a lovely, comfortable stay! Very easy to get to in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. I was lucky enough to have a sunny day to explore and easily made it to Mississippi Ave on foot (about 15 minute walk). Studio was quiet with a very comfortable bed and everything I needed. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, helping us resolve a couple small issues shortly after we arrived. The place was quiet and peaceful, with very little noise for a basement apartment. Our family of four with 9 and 11 year old kids was maxing out the bed space. The kids reported the sofa bed was a bit small. We loved the neighborhood and the hosts. Thanks again!

Perfect hotel-esque room in a charming neighborhood! Super close to so many restaurants and things to do. Danielle was responsive and proactive during our stay.

I really enjoyed staying here! Taylor was such a wonderful host. He was very helpful and responded very quickly. The space was nice and homely and provided great privacy. The space was clean and very well designed and organized. I loved how Taylor had a folder laid out on the table that detailed the rules, suggestions of places to go and to eat in Portland. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Portland!

This was a great mountain retreat! David was a great host. Easy to get ahold of. He had clear and easy check in/out instructions. Made for a great little weekend escape!

Love the Welches! Been coming for years and happy to have met the new owners of Rendezvous while hanging out in Zig Zag. Great area- close to Mama Hood, many trail heads, and restaurants. Whistle Stop never disappoints. Pool was nice too!

Very nice stay in a quiet neighborhood convenient to public transportation and excellent Beaverton shops and restaurants/pubs. Friendly helpful hosts.

Taylor & Jordan’s place was amazing! The pictures do it justice, but being there is the ultimate! The decor, furnishings, and the entertainment were outstanding. This is truly a 5 star experience! If you want the best place and location in Portland, this is it. The views of the mountains and easy walkable access to the Willamette River make it that much more an enjoyable experience. I will warn you, the place is so nice that you will want to stay indoors to enjoy all that is to offer. Taylor & Jordan are great hosts who are attentive. Their care taker, Daniel, happened to be on the grounds when we arrived. He introduced himself and offered to assist with our luggage. I know for sure, this will be our go to when we return to Portland! Thank you Taylor & Jordan

Great place, very clean, lots of amenities. A little hard to find and chack in, but the photo directions from the host really help. There is a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment which was really handy. Close to the water and centrally located. Overall, very nice.

Great value and it was above my expectations when I walked into the house. I had a great use of the kitchen and the AC was definitely a huge bonus during the summer heat. Rich was very good in communications and I felt like I was well taken care of

We had a wonderful time visiting Mt. Hood.! This location was very convenient and had beautiful surroundings. Definitely recommend if you plan to see the beautiful nature around Mt. Hood!
