The lounge and kitchen are on the ground floor, which also has a toilet and sink. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower.

One The old smelting works, near Hall for Cornwall

The Old Smelting works is a building of historical importance. Around 1892 and next to Brunels viaduct, it was a Tin Smelting Works. In recent years it has been converted into four modern apartments but holding on to as much of it’s industrial history as possible. Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.
