One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Surrounded by forests, mountains, meadows, and old farmhouses, the holiday apartment at the idyllic Gallhof at an altitude of 1230 m, with a view of the city of Bolzano in South Tyrol, invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday in nature. The traditionally and modernly furnished apartment features a large balcony with a view of the Dolomites, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. With a view of the Texel Group, 700 m above the valley basin of the city of Merano, you immerse yourself in a small paradise, secluded and far from everyday life. Only the bells of the sheep, the crowing of the rooster and the gentle sounds of the wind chime complement the song of nature. The farm is managed agriculturally and gastronomically. There is also a farm shop, with a wide variety of tasting options (food packages).

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

This stylish 2-room apartment (57 m²) has been completely renovated and offers everything you need for your holiday in the center of Merano. In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.

Stachelburg Residence - Living within historic walls

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Our completely newly renovated apartment in Merano/St. Valentin is located in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle. A bus stop is just 3 minutes walk. The associated basement compartment is at your disposal at your disposal and can be used, for example, to store bikes/skis, etc., or to invite e-bikes. An electric gas station with 2 parking spaces is about 5 minutes' walk away.
