The exceptionally charming historic Chalet Stöckli was a stable in the 19th century and was converted into a residential building in the 1940s. A long family tradition left its unmistakable mark. Despite this long history, the house has modern comforts with TV/Internet. A parking space in a nearby parking garage is included. There are two beautifully furnished bedrooms with double beds and bathrooms and an additional folding mattress (160x200) for the children on request.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Charming bijou in a charming chalet

Arriving, switching off, refueling - the extraordinary apartment on the sunny slope of Arosa is super cosy and has the ideal location for it. The friendly rooms with lots of wood and noble materials make the comfortably furnished apartment a highlight. The large windows offer an impressive view of the mountains and nature. The ski area Prätschli, with connection to the entire snow sports area Arosa/Lenzerheide, is just a few minutes away.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Central studio with balcony

The newly renovated studio is located in the best location in the heart of Arosa. Shopping and the bus stop are right in front of the house. The property is ideal for two people. The apartment is also suitable for a small family with one to two children. The two freestanding sofa elements are transformed into a large bed (240x200). There is no parking at the house. The "Brüggli" parking garage at the ski school is best suited.

Spacious 3.5 -room apartment located on 1st floor of a residential building along the main road of Arosa but situated in the more quiet back part of the building. It’s a modern, comfortable and lovely decorated apartment with a fireplace for cozy evenings. The terrace offers a wonderful mountain view and the ski lifts, bus stops and lake «Obersee» are only a few minutes’ walk away.
