Located in the charming village of Saint-Thibéry, between Agde and Pézenas, just 15 min from the nearest beaches, this beautiful 17th-century property offers high-quality amenities, a courtyard with a century-old olive tree, and a small swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the village, leaning against the Benedictine Abbey and facing the Bell Tower, it promises a stay steeped in history, tranquility, and intimacy. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).
