You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Welcome to a clean, well-maintained one-bedroom apartment! The whole apartment (37m ²) is at your disposal. For a car in this area, rare free parking with a heating pole in the yard. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The home has a well-stocked kitchen. You can quickly reach the center via the Ylisoutaja Bridge, for example, on the bicycles that are part of the apartment. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Grandma's cottage with sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.

The bathhouse has a rest room, shower, steam room with a wood-burning stove, and an open terrace.
