The property is nicely located in a well-established residential area, about 1.4 km west of Rjukan city center. From the property you have walking distance to all city amenities. Another house has two apartments rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In the summertime, there is access to a table, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of uphill ski slopes, 5 min by car. 10 min to the ski center. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car charger. Great hiking terrain summer/fall.

On the second floor there is a large bedroom with double bed and 2 cots, a smaller bedroom with double bed and a small playroom. On the ground floor you find the entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace, dining table, sofa, coffee table and smart TV. Downstairs there is a bedroom with bunk bed and a small desk, laundry room with washing machine, as well as bathroom with toilet and shower.

The apartment has a glazed porch with direct views of Gaustatoppen and Kvitåvatn. There is a private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment complex. Short distance to all amenities at Gaustablikk. Has been maintenance on the building this summer, but they are done now. Laundry can be ordered for NOK 450.

Cozy cabin at Gøynes by Tinnsjøen

The cabin is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Nice view to Tinnsjøen and Austbygda. There is no running water in the cabin, but there is electric power and wood firing. Firewood is included in the price. Water is collected from the host.
