Sunset Shores is an absolute gem. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew we had found something special. The home is beautifully updated with a clean, modern design that still manages to feel incredibly cozy and welcoming. Every detail has been so thoughtfully considered — it’s clear that Sarah, the hosts, take great pride in offering an exceptional guest experience. The location was absolutely beautiful. Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but right on the Mississippi River, it offered the perfect balance of privacy and natural beauty. It was truly lovely to sit out on the deck or in the three-season porch and watch the river go by. The calming sound of the water and the serene surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind. I do not have enough space here to write everything I want about how wonderful this home was but I will just say Sarah the host was amazing to work with the houses and location are beautiful and I look very much forward to a future stay here.

This was a great place to stay if you wanna have a homebase that you can get to anywhere easy when in Minneapolis. It’s close to public transit and also an easy drive into town.

Great value in the heart of the Twin Cities! Very central location and easy to get to either Minneapolis or St. Paul. Nice, cozy interior and huge TV for relaxing! I would recommend!

Can’t say enough about this cozy space, with a living room large enough to really sprawl out and plants perking out everywhere. Walkable and green neighborhood, Peter’s fantastic list of local recs for food and coffee and more — nothing not to love.

I absolutely loved staying at the Yellow Door!!! I decided to take a road trip from Chicago to the twin cities to celebrate my dog’s 10th birthday and I couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb than this one. The house itself was nice and cozy, it felt super homey with ample space. The enclosed porch in the back with the huge backyard was my favorite! I’d relax on the couch reading a book while my dog was enjoying all the space outside. The place looked exactly as it did in the pictures, and there was more than enough parking on the street. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

Such a cozy and stylish home! I stayed for a week and was able to feel right at home, great kitchen, spacious layout, comfortable bed/couch. There is a lot to do in the area and a great local grocery right across the street. Loved my stay, thank you.

Nancy and Rick's place is tremendous! Very comfortable, well appointed, great amenities and the location was awesome. The place is spacious and cozy; bed was extremely comfortable. We love Minneapolis and will return here again. We loved walking/biking around the area (so easy!) with many restaurants and parks to visit. We've been to many, many AirBnbs; this is one of the best. We didn't see Rick but had a great chat with Nancy.

What a wonderful stay! My husband and I spent a week scouting neighborhoods for our upcoming move to the area, and this was a perfect place central to everything we needed. Brenda and Brian were very responsive, and it's apparent that they put a lot of thought into the unit. We bumped into Brian the day before our departure (they live in the downstairs unit) when he was working in the garage, and had a lovely conversation. You can tell they really enjoy hosting, and we will absolutely recommend friends and family book this when they come to visit us after our move. The parking spot in the back is a great bonus, and we felt very safe here. There's a busy street nearby, but we weren't ever really bothered by traffic noise inside. We walked around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe as well. Lovely tree lined streets all around too.

I enjoyed my visit at Beth's, stayed for a week and the bed was super comfortable! Great value, I highly recommend!

This was our 4th stay at Mel and John’s place. One our favorite Airbnbs. Very friendly hosts who are super responsive. Apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Lovely neighborhood with great access to a large park with lots of great trails and access to other parks. Easy access for the Minnesota state fair

Cozy little apartment with all the necessities. Has that old building charm and character that some might find off-putting, but I appreciate it. Perfect for one or two. Great location.

What a wonderful apartment! It is spacious, beautifully and very peacefully decorated, tons of windows, and all of the amenities with thoughtful touches like phone chargers, extra towels, nice linens, and coffee/tea - a very soothing and comfortable space for my 2-night trip to Minneapolis, with space to work and space to stretch out and relax.

Andy was everything you could ask for in a host. He was very responsive and helpful but never intrusive. His place is lovely and very clean! The bed and linens in the main bedroom were extremely comfortable! The back yard had many unique features that, unfortunately, I ran out of time to take advantage of - next time for sure! Andy provides many thoughtful touches including a guidebook to the unit and surrounding area. So many interesting restaurants and things to do within walking distance and close to major highways when a car is needed. I highly recommend a stay here!

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

Karen’s place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home. The park right in front of the house made evening walks especially enjoyable. I’d recommend it to other guests!

I loved the spaciousness of the unit in this beautiful Victorian house. It is in the beautiful Irvine Park district. It is close to the lively West 7th district and to the shops and pubs along the Mississippi River. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! This was a very comfortable apartment for two of us and it’s spacious enough to be comfortable for more guests too. I especially appreciated the full working kitchen, high efficiency laundry facilities, and great temperature controls, lots of very soft throw blankets, and ample WiFi. We both worked from the apartment and sometimes both had Zoom meetings at once, and there was never an issue. We hope to be back! This place is a keeper.

We had a wonderful stay at June House! The condo was in a perfect location—close to shops, several colleges, and just a short drive from the airport, which made getting around super convenient. The amenities were quaint and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.

This was our second time booking with Lisa, however for a different unit. Again, it was a great stay. I enjoyed the coziness of this condo and quietness of the neighborhood despite being in the city. She has everything you need for cooking and baking. I work remotely and the internet speed was great. The bed was super comfortable. I appreciated the on-site laundry too. Everyone was friendly overall!

We had an excellent stay for our mother/daughter's trip! The location was peaceful with quiet nights. We were right next door to the St Paul Cathedral which is absolutely gorgeous! Walkable area, close to great restaurants! Highly recommend!
