This is a private guest suite with a separate entrance and a small kitchenette in an ideal Minneapolis neighborhood. We live upstairs with our two little kids, so there will be times where you'll hear activity, but it's not constant. We're mindful of our volume, and are confident you'll enjoy your stay! Bikes are included upon request! We also have electric bikes available at $40/day. ~30 mile charge, 20 MPH.

Newly remodeled private suite with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette (with sink) and a bath in residential house between Uptown and Downtown called the Wedge: quick access to highways, Downtown offices and many walk-able amenities (grocery stores, restaurants and bars, Cafes, Yoga and Fitness, US Bank Stadium, Convention Centre, Hilton Hotel, Marriott Hotel, Walker Art Center, Minnesota Institute of Arts, and more). Organic grocery is within 4 blocks. Street parking only! Uber-Lyft-Taxi-Train-Buses.

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.
