Located in Falcon Heights, this space was designed for my parents to use during their returns to Minnesota, and is perfect for a couple needing a place that is convenient to the Twin Cities. A short walk from the Fairgrounds and UMN's St. Paul campus, you have easy access by transit or highway to all of the Twin Cities. Equal distance from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, you can get anywhere you want to go in the Bold North.

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

Enter through a private entrance to this basement studio apartment. Newly constructed in 2018, the space is well lit, insulated, and in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a full bathroom with laundry, and a kitchenette: 4.5 cu.ft. refrigerator, microwave, extra large toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, pots, pans, dishes, keurig coffee machine, and full kitchen sink. 1 queen bed accommodates up to two guests. Guests must have at least 3 positive stay reviews to book our space.

Stocked with snacks, beverages, amenities, & thoughtful touches! NOTE: The entrance is in our backyard. You will need to go down a set of 7 fairly narrow, steep steps.

You’ll have a large bedroom, a private bath, a private kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor seating area! Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.

A spacious, airy second-floor apartment with a private entrance and all the comforts of home (minus a mom to pick up after you). Just a short ride from the airport or to either of the downtown Twin Cities, but with plenty of free street parking if you drive as well as a private parking space in back. A half block walk from multicultural Lake Street with restaurants for any taste bud, coffee shops a-plenty and stores for necessities or fun.
