Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. In the old center of characteristic and unique Broek in Waterland in a barn rebuilt in 2017 behind the farm. Entire private home with access (self check-in). Split-level with private garden. Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hanging and laying. Wi-Fi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.

I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet
