The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. You have to walk up a spiral staircase to get to the balcony entrance. This is a large property and there are multiple guest units.
