Holiday rentals with a patio in Tyne and Wear

This was a lovely stay, it was perfect size for 1-2 people on a long term stay, walking distance of Roker Park and the beachfront. It was also convenient walking to Stadium of Light. Easy access to convenient stores, large Tesco and bus stop at the end of street for those not wanting to walk.

We had a super stay at Laura's place. A quiet area with easy access to town. Laura was a great host, excellent communication and local advice. Pet friendly and highly recommended.

Anjumunara’s place is very well located to quick and easy access to Newcastle City Centre both by car and Metro, and also the A1 and A69 for access to the wider Northumberland area. On arrival check in was easy, and having off street parking right outside the annex was excellent. We experienced no noise at all during our stay and the area is very quiet. Everything inside was as described and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need and we found the bed very comfy. We enjoyed a lovely stay in Newcastle thanks to Anjumunara’s place.

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Lovely little garden with beautiful roses, overlooking the river. Lots of parking. Pub overlooking a marina only 5 mins walk away. Great pubs, bakeries and restaurants 5 mins drive away in the quirky and atmospheric Ouseburn area. the quayside a short walk. Jordan was very responsive. It was our son’s wedding and he kindly left a bottle of fizz. Highly recommend - 5 star all round. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a lovely stay! The house was cozy and very clean, easy to find, clear instructions for everything, & had everything that we could have needed during our stay! The hosts were very responsive as well. We had a problem with the heater but they came and helped us out the next day directly! Thank you so much, we had an amazing stay :)

Brilliant self-contained unit. Absolutely spotless inside. Lots of nice touches - fresh bread, milk, water, coffee, tea etc. Peaceful overnight sleep. Could easily stay a week here with all the facilities. Easy check-in and about a 20 minute drive back into Newcastle. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely use again. Thanks Linda!

The only difficulty we had was the smart lock once we got the hang of it was not a problem. The house was very clean and had all the necessary facilities. The parking was spacious enough for two large vehicles with Lidl supermarket more or less on the doorstep. Next time I am in the area would like to stay here again

The pictures are realistic, same as what we expected from the pictures. Quite clean and all the instructions are smooth and well.

This is a fantastic property, that is beautifully furnished throughout and makes you feel at home right away. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Lovely private courtyard garden which is a sun trap if you’re lucky to have the weather we did. Ideal location for beaches and only a short walk to pubs/restaurants & cafes etc. On street parking easy, no issues getting parked outside property.

Beautiful cottage, games area was great, really enjoyed ourselves. Hot tub was lovely and the garden area at back was secluded and well maintained. Loved the outdoor shower , great before getting in hot tub but also useful for hosing down a muddy dog. All in all the cottage felt really homely and a little bit of luxury. Emily seems to be a lovely host and always responded quickly to any queries. Will recommend her to friends and family and would certainly consider coming back.

Attending a Wedding in Beamish, needed a nice space for 6 of us for 2 nights, which isn’t always easy to find. Emily’s house was perfect, plenty of space, spotlessly clean and comfortable. This was our first ever use of Airbnb, I hope all future stays are as good as this one Thank you from the Lloyd’s 😊

The property was perfect for our family requirements when attending a local wedding. Great balance between sleeping and public spaces with lots of nice touches to give it a homely feel rather than an anonymous space with plenty parking space. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Rod was a fantastic host, clear instructions and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and really spacious. The beds are super comfy and we all slept well. It was a perfect location easy to get into town but quiet when we got back. Our stay was perfect from the first communication to the personalised white board message. Thank you

This is a really lovely flat, located directly in front of Cullercoats bay. The view out of the living room bay window in the morning is absolutely fabulous. The flat feels really spacious, with two double rooms and a single. One of the double rooms is located downstairs from the main part of the flat (so at lower ground floor level), and the other is at the rear and has the en-suite. All the rooms felt nice and big and the whole place was lovely and clean. The kitchen is well provisioned with everything we needed during our stay. It's very easy to find the place, with a lockbox containing the key. Parking is available right outside, with a parking permit provided with the house. There are loads of interesting places to explore in the local area, and the beaches at Cullercoats, Longsands and Whitley Bay are great to play on. We wouldn't hesitate to come and stay here again if it's available when we next visit Tynemouth.

We slept well! And the house is very functional. The team is also very friendly and warmly welcoming us by messaging and phoning. Parking is just in front of the house. It’s a quite neighborhood. It only takes less than 10 mins to Newcastle city center! Also if you’re interested in Victorian life, Beamish is also not so far!

Everything positive. The location is brilliant (didn’t know Sunderland had such a nice beach), easy to find with quiet coffee shops & restaurants nearby. And you can’t beat opening the blinds in the morning to see a glorious beach right outside. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Alan was very helpful and replied to messages quickly, despite being away on holiday. A lovely place for a short break or holiday.
